Clove and Water Walk in Munduk
Munduk, Buleleng 4 hours 12+
Walk the irrigation paths above Munduk with Nyoman, past clove drying mats, spring shrines and the ridge where two lakes meet.
A slow four-kilometre walk on farm paths rather than a tourist trail. You pass clove trees mid-harvest, drying mats on the roadside, a spring shrine that still supplies the village, and stop where the ridge opens onto the twin lakes. Ends with tea in a farmer's kitchen.

Meet Nyoman
Highland coffee and clove farmer · Munduk, Buleleng
Nyoman took over her family's mixed garden after her father's stroke and stopped selling wet cherries to collectors. She now processes and roasts everything at home, which pays roughly three times as much and keeps the knowledge in the village.
